FALLO TRIBUNAL DE PENAS nro. 33/22.

TRELEW (CH).- 21 de septiembre de 2022.

VISTO:

Los informes de los árbitros con relación a una nueva fecha del torneo oficial organizado por la Liga de Futbol Valle el Chubut, en la que se enfrentaron

clubes de primera, reserva, inferiores, infantiles y futbol femenino CONSIDERANDO:

Que de los mismos, se desprenden conductas que se encuentran contempladas en el Reglamento de Transgresiones y penas,

POR ELLO: El Tribunal de Penas, en uso de sus facultades;

R E S U E L V E:

PRIMERA DIVISION: Artículo 1ro.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

1°.- CRISTIAN TUREO, DNI. Nro. 35.099.829, del Club MARCHE, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.

2°.- DAVID BOUQUET, DNI. Nro. 30.000.818, director técnico del Club EVERREADY, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, por infracción al Art. 260 y 207 del R.T.P.

3°.- LAUTARO RIOS ALVARADO, DNI. Nro. 44.284.871, del Club EL PARQUE, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.

4°.- MATIAS MESA, DNI. Nro. 39.440.420, del Club EVER READY, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.

5°.- DANILO ALMIRON, DNI. Nro. 40.001.160, del Club EL PARQUE, con TRES FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN, por infracción al Art. 200 Inc. A punto 1 del R.T.P.

6°.- ADRIAN CASIANO, DNI. Nro. 38.083.665, del Club EL PARQUE, con TRES FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN, infracción al Art. 200 Inc. A punto 1 del R.T.P.

7°.- RENZO CANESSA, DNI. Nro. 44.410.546, del Club HURACAN, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.

DIVISION INFERIORES: Artículo 2do.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

1°.- CARLOS REINACUL, DNI. Nro. 47.846.205, del Club C. E. C., División 9na., con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, infracción al Art. 202 inc. B del R.T.P.

DOS FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN, infracción al Art. 201 Inc. B punto 6 del R.T.P. DIVISION INFANTILES:

Artículo 3ro.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:
1°.- BAUTISTA PERRONE, DNI. Nro. 49.015.062, del Club ALUMNI, División 2008,

con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, infracción al Art. 202 Inc. B del R.T.P.

2°.- DARIO OJEDA, DNI. Nro. 51.103.929, del Club MARCHE, División 2011, UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.

Artículo 4to.- VISTO el informe del árbitro que debían disputan los clubes DEF. DEL PARQUE y EVER READY, en División 2010 en fecha 17/09/22 en cancha de los Aromos siendo local el club El Parque.

Que informa que el club Ever Ready no se presentó a jugar el partido.

Que debido a que constituye infracción estipulada en el Art. 109 del R.T.P., se RESUELVE:

DAR POR PARTIDO PERDIDO al Club EVER READY, división 2010, y como GANADOR del partido y los puntos al Club DEF DEL PARQUE, registrando como resultado el 1 a 0, conforme al Art. 152 del R.T.P.-

DEDUCIR TRES PUNTOS de la tabla de posiciones al final del torneo al Club Ever Ready.

APLICAR MULTA al Club EVER READY, consistente en v.e. 58 (valor entrada general cincuenta y ocho) que deberá abonar por ante la Liga de Futbol.
