VISTO:

            Los informes de los árbitros con relación a una nueva fecha del torneo oficial organizado por la Liga de Fútbol Valle del Chubut, en la que se enfrentaron clubes de primera,  reserva, inferiores, infantiles y fútbol femenino

CONSIDERANDO:

            Que de los mismos, se desprenden conductas que se encuentran contempladas en el Reglamento de Transgresiones y penas,

POR ELLO:

El Tribunal de Penas, en uso de sus facultades;

PRIMERA DIVISIÓN:

Artículo 1ro.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

DIVISIÓN FÚTBOL FEMENINO:

Artículo 5to.- SANCIONAR a las siguientes jugadoras:

1°.- MELANIE AGUILAR, DNI Nro. 38.443.701, del Club RACING, con CINCO FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción Art. 199 del R.T.P.

 

Artículo 6to.- VISTO el informe del árbitro del encuentro que disputaban los clubes RACING y DEF. DEL PARQUE, en División Femenino, en fecha 31/03/19 en cancha de Racing. Que el Club visitante ante la lesión sufrida por la arquera de su equipo se vieron afectadas abandonaron el encuentro. Que el árbitro dio por finalizado el encuentro cuando se disputaban 50 minutos. Que ante ello se resuelve DAR POR FINALIZADO EL ENCUENTRO Y MANTENER EL RESULTADO OBRANTE EN PLANILLA SIENDO Racing 8 DEf. del Parque 0. Dar por ganador y los tres puntos al club Racing. (Art, 106 C. del RTP..-  

 

Artículo 7mo.- VISTO el informe del árbitro del encuentro que disputaron los clubes DEPORTIVO ROCA y DEF. DE LA RIBERA, en División Femenino, en fecha 31/03/19 en cancha de auxiliar de Germinal. Que informa que el Club local Deportivo Roca se presentó siete minutos tarde al  terreno de juego.

Que ante la falta de puntualidad y estableciéndose infracción al Art, 110 del R.T.P., corresponde IMPONER AL CLUB ROCA (femenino),  MULTA equivalente al V.E. 15 (valor de 15 entradas), Que deberá pagar por ante la Tesorería de la Liga de Fútbol en el plazo establecido en la reglamentación.
