FALLO TRIBUNAL DE DISCIPLINA nro. 31/19.-

TRELEW (CH).- 18 de Septiembre de 2019.

VISTO:

Los informes de los árbitros con relación a una nueva fecha del torneo oficial organizado por la Liga de Futbol Valle del Chubut, en la que se enfrentaron clubes de primera, reserva, inferiores, infantiles y futbol femenino

CONSIDERANDO:

Que de los mismos, se desprenden conductas que se encuentran contempladas en el Reglamento de Transgresiones y penas,

POR ELLO:

El Tribunal de Penas, en uso de sus facultades;

R  E  S   U  E  L  V  E:

PRIMERA:

Artículo 1ro.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

1°.- GABRIEL TOMASELLI, DNI. Nro. 38.870.454, del Club GAIMAN con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 186 y Art. 197 del R.T.P.

2°.- MAXIMILIANO CASANOVA, DNI. Nro. 36.112.689, del Club GAIMAN con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 186 Y 197 del R.T.P.

3°.- FERNANDO RESTUCHA, DNI. Nro. 38.806.815, del Club GAIMAN con DOS FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 204 del R.T.P.

4°.- MARTIN RODRIGUEZ, DNI. Nro. 43.617.547, del Club HURACAN con TRES FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 202 Inc. B y 205 inc. F del R.T.P.

5°.- JUAN MALDONADO, DNI. Nro. 14.644.004, Ayudante de campo del Club INDEPENDIENTE con CUATRO FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción a los Arts. 260 y 185 del R.T.P.

6°.- JONATHAN ZAPATA, DNI. Nro. 39.440.550, del Club INDEPENDIENTE con TRES FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 200 Inc. A punto 3 del R.T.P.

7°.- RODRIGO RIOS, DNI. Nro. 42.316.018, del Club GERMINAL con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.

8°.- MAURO CORTEZ, DNI. Nro. 41.402.737, del Club BROWN con TRES FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 200 Inc. A punto 8 del R.T.P.

9°.- MARIANO ROMAN, DNI. Nro. 38.804.762, del Club LOS AROMOS con DOS FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 204 del R.T.P.

10°.- NICOLAS OLMEDO, DNI. Nro. 35.382.895, del Club ALIANZA con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.

 

DIVISION RESERVA:

Artículo 2do.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

1°.- PABLO OLMOS, DNI. Nro. 44.146.364, del Club HURACAN con TRES FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 200 Inc. A punto 3 del R.T.P.

6°.- JOAQUIN GUARDIA, DNI. Nro. 45.105.579, del Club BROWN, División 8va, con CUATRO FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción a los Art. 185 y 202 B del R.T.P.

7°.- MAICOL COLOMA, DNI. Nro. 45.105.051, del Club ALIANZA, División 8va, con DOS FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 202 Inc. B del R.T.P.

8°.- BRIAN GALLO, DNI. Nro. 45.178.945, del Club ALIANZA, División 8va, con DOS FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 202 Inc. B del R.T.P.

9°.- KEVIN OLIVERA, DNI. Nro. 44.516.832, del Club LOS AROMOS, División 8va, con DOS FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Arts. 202 punto B del R.T.P.

10°.- GABRIEL PEREZ TORO, DNI. Nro. 44.716.735, del Club LOS AROMOS, División 8va, con DOS FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 202 Inc. B del R.T.P.

11°.- HECTOR HUGO AMADO, DNI. Nro. 20.541.601, Director técnico del Club LOS AROMOS, División 8va, con UN (1) MES DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción a los Arts. 260, 187 y 263 Inc. i del R.T.P.

 

DIVISION INFANTILES:

Artículo 4to.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

1°.- MAXIMO MONSALVE, DNI. Nro. 47.302.152, del Club INDEPENDIENTE, División 2006, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, por infracción Art. 207 del R.T.P.

2°.- RUBEN ZUASO, DNI. Nro. 25.138.168, Director técnico del Club DOLAVON, División 2006, con CUATRO FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 260y 185 del R.T.P.

 

Articulo 5to.-  VISTO el informe del árbitro del partido que debían disputar los clubes HURACAN con DEPORTIVO ROCA, en división 2006, en fecha 14-09-19 en cancha Huracan. Que el Club visitante ROCA no se presentó a jugar.

Que atento a lo que establece el Art. 109 del R.T.P., corresponde DAR PARTIDO PERDIDO AL CLUB ROCA, Div. 2006. Establecer GANADOR y los tres puntos al club HURACAN (Div. 2006), registrando resultado 1 a 0. (Art. 152)

DISPONER el descuento de tres puntos de la tabla de posiciones al final del torneo al club ROCA (div. 2006).

SANCIONAR CON MULTA de 58 v.e., (cincuenta y ocho) entradas, al CLUB ROCA, División 2006, por infracción al art. 109 del R.T.P..

 

DIVISION FUTBOL FEMENINO:

Articulo 6to.- VISTO que se ha solicitado a este Tribunal de Penas la determinación de reprogramar un partido no disputado en 29-06-19 entre los Clubes LA RIBERA Vs. ROCA, en futbol femenino. Que correspondía al Departamento de Fútbol Femenino la re programación de dicho encuentro y no ha cumplimentado con ello. Que atento a que el partido debe ser jugado, SE RESUELVE: notificar al Departamento de Fútbol Femenino que reprograme el encuentro entre los Clubes LA RIBERA Vs. ROCA, estableciendo día y horario y procediendo a la notificación de ambas instituciones y del Colegio de Árbitros para la designación del arbitro y colaborador/es.-

 

Artículo 7mo.- Regístrese, Notifíquese, Publíquese y ARCHIVESE.-
