FALLO TRIBUNAL DE PENAS nro. 09/22.

TRELEW (CH).- 21 de abril de 2022.

Los informes de los árbitros con relación a una nueva fecha del torneo oficial organizado por la Liga de Futbol Valle del Chubut, en la que se enfrentaron clubes de primera, reserva, inferiores, infantiles y futbol femenino

CONSIDERANDO:

Que    de   los    mismos,    se    desprenden   conductas    que    se    encuentran contempladas en el Reglamento de Transgresiones y penas,

POR ELLO: El Tribunal de Penas, en uso de sus facultades;

R E S U E L V E:

PRIMERA DIVISION:

Artículo 1ro.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

1°.- WALTER PAOLELLA, DNI. Nro. 18.014.463, director técnico del Club MADRYN, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, infracción Arts. 260 y 186 del R.T.P.

Artículo 4to.- VISTO el informe del arbitro del cotejo que disputaban los clubes INDEPENDIENTE vs. HURACAN, en división 9na, en fecha 17/04/22 en cancha CEDETRE siendo local el club Independiente.

Que dio por iniciado y finalizado el partido porque el equipo de Independiente no se presentó.

Que en base a lo establecido en el Art. 109 del R.T.P., corresponde:

A)    DAR POR PARTIDO PERDIDO AL CLUB INDEPENDIENTE, en división 9na,

que disputaba contra Huracan en fecha 17 de abril de 2022.

1. DAR POR GANADOR DEL PARTIDO Y LOS PUNTOS AL CLUB HURACAN, división Registrando como resultado el 0 a 1, (art. 152 R.T.P.)

C)    DEDUCIR AL FINAL DE TORNEO TRES PUNTOS DE LA TABLA DE POSICIONES AL CLUB INDEPENDIENTE, División 9na.

1. IMPONER MULTA AL CLUB INDEPENDINTE, EQUIVALENTE AL VALOR DE 58 e. (cincuenta y ocho entradas generales).

DIVISION INFANTILES:

Artículo 5to.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

1°.- ANTONY SILVA, DNI. Nro. 48.528.502, del Club C. E. C., Categoría 2008, con

DOS FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN, por infracción al Art. 201 Inc. A del R.T.P.

Artículo 6to.- VISTO el informe del árbitro del cotejo que debían disputar los clubes ROCA vs. RACING, en Categoría 2009, en fecha 14/04/22 en cancha auxiliar del club Racing, siendo local el club Roca.

Que el partido no se disputo por la no presentación del equipo de ROCA, ya que no contaba con el mínimo de jugadores.

Que en base a lo establecido en el Art. 109 del R.T.P., corresponde:

1-DAR POR PARTIDO PERDIDO AL CLUB ROCA, en Categoría 2009, que disputaba contra Racing en fecha 14 de abril de

2-DAR POR GANADOR DEL PARTIDO Y LOS PUNTOS AL CLUB RACING, Categoría Registrando como resultado el 0 a 1, (art. 152 R.T.P.)

C)    DEDUCIR AL FINAL DE TORNEO TRES PUNTOS DE LA TABLA DE POSICIONES AL CLUB ROCA, Categoría 2009.

1. IMPONER MULTA AL CLUB ROCA, EQUIVALENTE AL VALOR DE 58 v.e. (cincuenta y ocho entradas generales)

Artículo 7mo.- VISTO el informe del árbitro del cotejo que disputaban los clubes MADRYN vs. EVER READY, en Categoría 2010, en fecha 15/04/22 en cancha auxiliar de Madryn, siendo local el club Madryn.

Que dio por finalizado el partido debido a que el equipo de Ever Ready, se quedó en menos del mínimo permitido para continuar con el cotejo.

Que en base a lo establecido en el Art. 106 Inc. E del R.T.P., corresponde:

1. A) DAR POR FINZALIZADO EL COTEJO Y PARTIDO PERDIDO AL CLUB EVER READY, Categoría 2010 que disputaba contra Madryn en fecha 17 de abril de 2022, registrando como resultado el obrante en planilla del cotejo, siendo 15 a (Art. 152 del R.T.P.)

Artículo 8vo.- VISTO el informe del árbitro del cotejo que debían disputar los clubes MADRYN vs. EVER READY, en Categoría 2011, en fecha 15/04/22 en cancha auxiliar del club Madryn, siendo local el club Madryn.

Que el partido no se disputo por la no presentación del equipo de EVER READY, ya que según informo el señor Horacio Mera la mayoría de sus jugadores se encontraban enfermos.

Que en base a lo establecido en el Art. 109 del R.T.P., corresponde:

A)    DAR POR PARTIDO PERDIDO AL CLUB EVER READY, en Categoría 2011,

que debía disputar contra Madryn en fecha 15 de abril de 2022.

1- DAR POR GANADOR DEL PARTIDO Y LOS PUNTOS AL CLUB MADRYN, Categoría Registrando como resultado el 1 a 0, (art. 152 R.T.P.)

C)    DEDUCIR AL FINAL DE TORNEO TRES PUNTOS DE LA TABLA DE POSICIONES AL CLUB EVER READY, Categoría 2011.

1. IMPONER MULTA AL CLUB EVER READY, EQUIVALENTE AL VALOR DE 58v.e. (cincuenta y ocho entradas generales).

DIVISION FEMENINO:

Artículo 9no.- VISTO el informe del árbitro del cotejo que disputaban los clubes DOLAVON vs. INDEPENDIENTE, en División Futbol FEMENINO, en fecha 17/04/22 en cancha del club Dolavon.

Que dio por finalizado el partido debido a que el equipo de Dolavon se quedó en menos del mínimo permitido para continuar con el cotejo.

Que en base a lo establecido en el Art. 106 Inc. E del R.T.P., corresponde:

DAR POR FINZALIZADO EL COTEJO Y PARTIDO PERDIDO AL CLUB DOLAVON, División FEMENINO que disputaba contra Indepeniente en fecha 15 de abril de 2022.

DAR POR GANADOR DEL COTEJO Y LOS PUNTOS AL CLUB INDEPENDIENTE, registrando como resultado el obrante en planilla del cotejo, siendo 0 a (Art. 152 del R.T.P.
