FALLO TRIBUNAL DE DISCIPLINA nro. 29/19.-
TRELEW (CH).-

VISTO:
Los informes de los árbitros con relación a una nueva fecha del torneo oficial organizado por la Liga de Futbol Valle del Chubut, en la que se enfrentaron clubes de primera, reserva, inferiores, infantiles y futbol femenino
CONSIDERANDO:
Que de los mismos, se desprenden conductas que se encuentran contempladas en el Reglamento de Transgresiones y penas,
POR ELLO:
El Tribunal de Penas, en uso de sus facultades;
R E S U E L V E:
PRIMERA:
Artículo 1ro.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:
1°.- FACUNDO PENALILLO, DNI. Nro. 42.479.005, del Club LOS AROMOS con TRES FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 200 Inc. A punto 3 del R.T.P. (fecha jugada 28-08-19)
2°.- LUIS VERA, DNI. Nro. 35.683.214, del Club GERMINAL con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.
3°.- SANTIAGO GAUNA, DNI. Nro. 39.441.745, del Club ALUMNI con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.
4°.- PABLO TRIGO, DNI. Nro. 43.754.182, del Club J. J. MORENO con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.
5°.- JULIO CABEZAS, DNI. Nro. , UT del J. J. MORENO con CUATRO FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 260 Y 185 del R.T.P.
6°.- FRANCO VACCARO, DNI. Nro. 40.210.238, del Club J.J.MORENO con DOS FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 204 del R.T.P.
7°.- BRUNO ESTRELLA, DNI. Nro. 35.888.446, del Club A. F. O., con DOS FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 202 Inc. B del R.T.P.
8°.- DARIO CALFINAO, DNI. Nro. 33.773.207, del Club INDEPENDIENTE con TRES FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 200 Inc. A punto 3 del R.T.P.
9°.- BRIAN FIERRO, DNI. Nro. 40.210.141, del Club LOS AROMOS con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.
10°.- FEDERICO GOMEZ, DNI. Nro. 38.535.547, del Club ROCA con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.
11°.- JONATHAN SALINAS, DNI. Nro. 36.052.737, del Club LA RIBERA con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.
12°.- LUCAS SALINAS, DNI. Nro. 38.806.000, del Club ROCA con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 202 Inc. A del R.T.P.
13°.- JONATHAN CATALAN, DNI. Nro. 37.147.796, del Club LA RIBERA con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 202 Inc. B del R.T.P.
14°.- JAIME GIORDANELLA, DNI. Nro. 13.988.045, Director técnico del Club RACING con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 260 Y 186 del R.T.P.
15°.- AYRTON THOMAS, DNI. Nro. 39.443.445, del Club GAIMAN con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 186 del R.T.P.

Artículo 2do.- VISTO el informe del Arbitro del encuentro que disputaron LOS AROMOS vs. LA RIBERA, en 1ra división, en fecha 28/08/19 en cancha de Los Aromos. Que informa que el señor JAVIER SALAMANCA, quien es integrante del cuerpo técnico de las divisiones inferiores del Club La Ribera, estuvo empleando lenguaje ofensivo, grosero y obscenos, desde el sector de la hinchada del Club La Ribera. Que a viva voz insultaba y amenazaba a la terna arbitral.
Que el club resulta solidariamente responsable por las infracciones cometidas por sus dirigidos. Art. 252 del R.T.P.
Que atento a lo establecido en el Art. 263 inc. K, del R.T.P, corresponde APLICAR AL SERÑOR JAVIER SALAMANCA, integrante del cuerpo técnico del Club La Ribera, SUSPENSIÓN DE UN MES, en base a los considerandos expresados.
SANCIONAR CON MULTA DE CINCUENTA (50) v.e., (valor entrada) al CLUB DEFENSORES DE LA RIBERA, por infracción al Art. 90 del R.T.P.-

Articulo 3ro.- VISTO el informe del Arbitro del encuentro que disputaron LOS AROMOS vs. LA RIBERA, en 1ra división, en fecha 28/08/19 en cancha de Los Aromos. Que informa que la señora AGUSTINA ACUÑA IBAÑEZ, quien es integrante del Club La Ribera, como FOTOGRAFA AUTORIZADA POR LA LIGA DE FUTBOL, estuvo insultando desde el alambrado a la terna arbitral, empleando lenguaje: “son horribles, no tienen que dirigir mas, siempre las mismas mierdas, hijos de puta, etc..
Que el club resulta solidariamente responsable por las infracciones cometidas por sus dirigidos. Art. 252 del R.T.P.
Que atento a lo establecido en el Art. 263 inc. K, del R.T.P, corresponde APLICAR A LA SEÑORA AGUSTINA ACUÑA IBAÑEZ, integrante fotógrafa del Club La Ribera, SUSPENSIÓN DE UN MES, retirando la autorización concedida para actuar como tal en los encuentro deportivos.
SANCIONAR CON MULTA DE CINCUENTA (50) v.e., (valor entrada) al CLUB DEFENSORES DE LA RIBERA, por infracción al Art. 90 del R.T.P.-

DIVISION RESERVA:
Artículo 4to.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:
1°.- VICTOR QUENQUE, DNI. Nro. 23.600.227, Director técnico del Club DEFENSORES DEL PARQUE con CUATRO FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 260 Y 185 del R.T.P.
2°.- PEDRO ARANCIBIA, DNI. Nro. 23.998.844, Director técnico del Club MADRYN con DIEZ FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 260, 185 Y 197 del R.T.P.
3°.- BRIAN BAPP, DNI. Nro. 42.408.833, del Club ALIANZA con TRES FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 200 Inc. A punto 3 del R.T.P.
4°.- THIAGO PAIRA, DNI. Nro. 44.517.719, del Club RACING con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.
5°.- CESAR LOYOLA, DNI. Nro. 39.917.438, del Club LA RIBERA con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P. (partido 28-08-19)
6°.- ALEX LEZCANO, DNI. Nro. 43.477.449, del Club LA RIBERA con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.

INFERIORES:
Artículo 5to.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:
1°.- MAURICIO VELAZQUEZ, DNI. Nro. 92.671.860, Auxiliar del Club EL PARQUE, División 9na, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, infracción Art. 260 y 186 R.T.P.
2°.- ROMAN VELAZQUEZ, DNI. Nro. 45.108.126, del Club EL PARQUE, División 9na, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 186 del R.T.P.
3°.- JOAQUIN AGUIRRE, DNI. Nro. 45.108.158, del Club EL PARQUE, División 9na, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, infracción Art. 186 del R.T.P.
4°.- OMAR OJEDA, DNI. Nro. 32.732.805, Auxiliar del Club A. F. O., División 8va, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 260 y 186 del R.T.P.

Artículo 6to.- VISTO el informe del árbitro del partido que debían disputar los clubes LOS AROMOS vs. HURACAN, en división 9na, en fecha 01-09-19, cancha Los Aromos. Informa que el Club LOS AROMOS no ingreso a jugar el 2do tiempo.
Que atento a lo que establece el Art. 106 Inc. D del R.T.P., corresponde DAR PARTIDO PERDIDO AL CLUB LOS AROMOS, División 9na. Establecer como GANADOR y los tres puntos al club HURACAN (Div. 9na), registrando como resultado el obrante en planilla con los goles realizados 0 a 3. (Art. 152 R.T.P.).
SANCIONAR CON MULTA de 15 v.e., (quince) entradas, al CLUB LOS AROMOS, División 9na, por infracción establecida en Arts. 110 y 111 del R.T.P..

DIVISION INFANTILES:
Articulo 7mo.- VISTO el informe del árbitro del partido que debían disputar los clubes LA RIBERA con ROCA, en división 2006, en fecha 31-08-19 en cancha La Ribera. Que informa que el Club Roca no se presentó a jugar el segundo tiempo.
Que atento a lo que establece el Art. 106 Inc. D del R.T.P., corresponde DAR PARTIDO PERDIDO AL CLUB ROCA, División 2006. Establecer como GANADOR y los tres puntos al club LA RIBERA (Div. 2006), registrando como resultado el obrante en planilla siendo 8 a 0. (Art. 152 R.T.P.).
SANCIONAR CON MULTA de 18 v.e., (quince) entradas, al CLUB ROCA, División 2006, por infracción establecida en los artículos 110 y 111 del R.T.P..

Articulo 8vo.- VISTO el informe del árbitro del partido que debían disputar los clubes MADRYN con EL PARQUE, en división 2008, en fecha 31-08-19 en cancha auxiliar de Madryn. Que el Club visitante ALUMNI no se presentó a jugar.
Que atento a lo que establece el Art. 109 del R.T.P., corresponde DAR PARTIDO PERDIDO AL CLUB EL PARQUE, Div. 2008. Establecer GANADOR y los tres puntos al club DEPORTIVO MADRYN (Div. 2008), registrando resultado 1 a 0. (Art. 152)
DISPONER el descuento de tres puntos de la tabla de posiciones al final del torneo al club EL PARQUE (div. 2008).
SANCIONAR CON MULTA de 58 v.e., (cincuenta y ocho) entradas, al CLUB EL PARQUE, División 2008, por infracción al art. 109 del R.T.P..

Artículo 9no.- Regístrese, Notifíquese, Publíquese y ARCHIVESE.-
