FALLO TRIBUNAL DE PENAS nro. 08/22.

VISTO:

Los informes de los árbitros con relación a una nueva fecha del torneo oficial organizado por la Liga de Futbol Valle del Chubut, en la que se enfrentaron clubes de primera, reserva, inferiores, infantiles y futbol femenino

CONSIDERANDO:

Que de los mismos, se desprenden conductas que se encuentran contempladas en el Reglamento de Transgresiones y penas,

POR ELLO: El Tribunal de Penas, en uso de sus facultades;

R E S U E L V E:

PRIMERA DIVISION:

Artículo 1ro.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

Artículo 4to.- VISTO el informe del arbitro del cotejo que disputaban los clubes ATLAS vs. INDEPENDIENTE, en división 7ma, en fecha 09/04/22 en cancha CEDETRE siendo local el club Atlas.

Que dio por finalizado el partido en el entretiempo debido a que el club local Atlas, se quedó sin el mínimo de jugadores para continuar el cotejo.

Que en base a lo establecido en el Art. 106 Inc. E del R.T.P., corresponde:

2022. DAR POR PARTIDO PERDIDO AL CLUB ATLAS, en división 7ma, que disputaba contra Independiente en fecha 09 de abril de
2023. DAR POR GANADOR DEL PARTIDO Y LOS PUNTOS AL CLUB INDEPENDIENTE, división 7ma. Registrando como resultado el 0 a 10, obrante en la planilla de (art. 152 R.T.P.)
