FALLO TRIBUNAL DE DISCIPLINA nro. 41/19.-

TRELEW (CH).- 13 de Noviembre de 2019.

VISTO:

            Los informes de los árbitros con relación a una nueva fecha del torneo oficial organizado por la Liga de Fútbol Valle del Chubut, en la que se enfrentaron clubes de primera, reserva, inferiores, infantiles y fútbol femenino

CONSIDERANDO:

            Que de los mismos, se desprenden conductas que se encuentran contempladas en el Reglamento de Transgresiones y penas,

POR ELLO:

El Tribunal de Penas, en uso de sus facultades;

R  E  S   U  E  L  V  E:

DIVISIÓN PRIMERA:

Artículo 1ro.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

1°.- DALTON MILLANAO VARGAS, DNI. Nro. 42.699.753, del Club GAIMAN con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción a los Art. 208 del R.T.P.

2°.- CARLOS ANCAMIL, DNI. Nro. 32.538.150, del Club GAIMAN con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción a los Art. 208 del R.T.P.

 

DIVISION RESERVA:

Artículo 2do.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

1°.- CRISTIAN VELAZQUEZ, DNI. Nro. 37.149.677, del Club DEFENSORES DEL PARQUE con TRES FECHAS DE SUSPESIÓN por infracción a los Art. 200 Inc. A punto 5 del R.T.P.

2°.- FRANCO CARVAJAL, DNI. Nro. 43.147.660, del Club J. J. MORENO con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción a los Art. 208 del R.T.P.

 

 

DIVISION INFERIORES:

Artículo 3ro.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

1°.- ALEJO GUIDONI, DNI. Nro. 43.678.950, del Club DEPORTIVO MADRYN, División 7ma, con DOS FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN, por infracción Art. 201 Inc. A punto 1 del R.T.P.

2°.- ALEXIS NAHUELCHEO, DNI. Nro. 44.410.620, del Club INDEPENDIENTE, División 8va, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.

3°.- MATEO FLORES, DNI. Nro. 44.881.418, del Club INDEPENDIENTE, División 8va, con CUATRO FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN, por infracción al Art. 185 y 196 R.T.P.

4°.- JUAN GALLARDO, DNI. Nro. 27.363.974, Director técnico del Club INDEPENDIENTE, División 8va, con CUATRO FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 260 y Art. 185 del R.T.P.

5°.- FELIPE SOLER, DNI. Nro. 45.105.974, del Club J. J. MORENO, División 9na, con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.

6°.- BRUNO REYES, DNI. Nro. 45.252.242, del Club RACING, División 9na, con DOS FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 201 Inc. B punto 4 del R.T.P.

DIVISION INFANTILES:

Artículo 4to.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

1°.- SANTIAGO LOYOLA, DNI. Nro. 46.892.413, del Club RACING, División 2005, con TRES FECHAS DE SUSPENSIÓN, por infracción Art. 200 Inc. A punto 1 R.T.P.

FUTSAL AFA:

Artículo 5to.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:

1°.- JUAN BIAGGINIA, Jugador del Club MARCHE con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.

2°.- TIAGO NUÑEZ, Jugador del Club BRANQUIZO con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.

Artículo 6to.-  VISTO el informe del árbitro del partido que disputaban los clubes ROCA vs. HURCAN, en división FUTSAL AFA, en fecha 09-11-19. Que informa que el club ROCA no se presentó a disputar el segundo tiempo de juego, por lo que dio por finalizado el mismo.

Que atento a lo que establece el Art. 106 Inc. D, corresponde dar POR PARTIDO PERDIDO AL CLUB ROCA, y como GANADOR al CLUB HURACÁN.  Que atento a lo estipulado en el Art. 152, se confirma el resultado de planilla siendo Roca (0) cero – Huracán (12) doce.        

Artículo 7mo.- Regístrese, Notifíquese, Publíquese y ARCHIVESE.-
