FALLO TRIBUNAL DE PENAS nro. 21/22.
TRELEW (CH).- 30 de junio de 2022.
VISTO:
Los informes de los árbitros con relación a una nueva fecha del torneo
oficial organizado por la Liga de Futbol Valle del Chubut, en la que se
enfrentaron clubes de primera, reserva, inferiores, infantiles y futbol
femenino
CONSIDERANDO:
Que de los mismos, se desprenden conductas que se encuentran
contempladas en el Reglamento de Transgresiones y penas,
POR ELLO: El Tribunal de Penas, en uso de sus facultades;
R E S U E L V E:
PRIMERA DIVISION:
Artículo 1ro.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:
1°.- FACUNDO PEREA DNI. Nro. 35.857.013, del Club HURACAN, con UNA FECHA
DE SUSPENSIÓN, por infracción al Art. 207 del R.T.P.
2°.- EMIR URTIZBEREA, DNI. Nro. 43.588.160, del Club ATLAS, con UNA FECHA
DE SUSPENSIÓN, por infracción Art. 207 del R.T.P.

DIVISION INFANTILES:
Artículo 4to.- SANCIONAR a los siguientes jugadores:
1°.- JAVIER GIMENEZ, DNI. Nro. 50.931.081, del Club HURACAN, Categoría
2011., con UNA FECHA DE SUSPENSIÓN, por infracción al Art. 206 del R.T.P.
Artículo 5to.- VISTO el informe del árbitro del partido que debían disputar los
clubes RACING vs. MARCHE, en Categoría 2010, el 25-06-22 en cancha auxiliar
de Racing, siendo local el club Racing.
Informa que el partido no se disputo debido a que el club Marche no presentó
equipo con la cantidad mínima de jugadores.
Que atento a ello y dando cumplimiento a lo establecido en el Art. 109 del
Reglamento Transgresiones y Penas, SE RESUELVE:
A) DAR POR PARTIDO PERDIDO AL CLUB MARCHE, en Categoría 2010,
que debía disputar como visitante contra el club Racing.
B) DAR POR GANADOR DEL PARTIDO Y LOS PUNTOS AL CLUB RACING,
Categoría 2010, Registrando como resultado el 1 a 0, (art. 152 R.T.P.).
C) DESCONTAR AL CLUB MARCHE (CAT 2010) la cantidad de tres (3)
puntos al final del torneo de la tabla de posiciones.
D) Atento a la nota interpuesta por el club Marche con las causales que
impidieran su presentación completa, NO IMPONER MULTA.
Artículo 6to.- Regístrese, Notifíquese, Publíquese y ARCHIVESE. –
